At Perfume Plus Beauty, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, refunds, and order cancellations.

Returns Eligibility

Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is unused and unopened.

  • The product remains in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or tampered perfumes, cosmetics, skincare products, or beauty items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Opened or used beauty, skincare, or fragrance products.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.

  • Returns requested after the 7-day return period.

  • Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

  • Orders purchased during clearance, promotional, or final-sale events unless the product is defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Providing photographs of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue more quickly.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before they have been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the return conditions outlined above.
